KYC Callback

Overview

When a KYC result becomes available, Vexora sends an HTTP POST request to the callBackUrl submitted in the KYC application.

After processing the notification successfully, the merchant must return the plain text response OK (case-sensitive). If Vexora does not receive OK, Vexora makes up to 8 notification attempts within 24 hours using the following intervals:

2s → 5s → 10s → 30s → 1h → 3h → 3h → 3h

If all notification attempts fail, use the Check KYC Status API to retrieve the latest result.

Warning

If the merchant callback server restricts requests by IP address, contact Vexora in advance to obtain the required IP whitelist information.
